Cosplay

I figure Cosplay is just a new-fangled word for masquerade, an old tradition of many science fiction conventions, where costumes go up on stage and present themselves. It was hosted by Anne and Rachael from One Hour Productions. Cathy Raymond, Howard Tayler and another person whose name I don't remember were the judges.

After the costume competition two guys played a skit where one of them claimed that his iPod was actually a pack of bubble gum, and the other made him eat it. The guy in a pink wig from One Hour Productions had an episodic role, too.

Unfortunately, the video ends shortly before the iPod-eating moment.

After the skit the guys were asked to explain what was the "yowee", mentioned in the play. One of them started by saying "When a man loves another man very much..." Howard Tayler, who was in the jury cut him off with "Say no more!" or something like that. :-)
After the Cosplay competition was over, the same two guys sang a song that was homage to the archetype of a Dungeons & Dragons-playing nerd. The last line: "Virgins till the day we die!"
