Elena and her father Dragonkiller at the hat game. Everybody had to wear a hat or headgear of their choice -- a turban, a bandana, anything. Those who didn't have hats could make one out of a newspaper. The first task in the game was to describe what your hat is, what it does, and how you got it. The more bizarre a story, the better -- this was a science fiction camp, after all. The second phase of the game required everybody to draw a slip of paper with a name of a random place on it (such as kindergarten, shopping mall, tank, desert) and describe how their hat would be particularly useful in that place.
