... waiting to play a "pop a balloon" game at the picnic organized by the day care center she goes to. The idea is, you tie a balloon to your ankle, and try to step on other people's balloons while protecting your own. I think Erika (at 2 years and 5 months) is a bit too young for this game. She was confused about what to do, and frightened by the sounds of popping balloons.
